Q. When are HOA dues to be paid?
A. HOA dues are to be paid upon receipt of the annual invoice, which is to be mailed no later than April. Dues are paid for the current calendar year (Jan. - Dec.), and may fluctuate from year to year, based on association expenses and reserve levels.

Q. Can I install a fence? If so, what kind is allowed?
A. Only wood split rail will be approved by the board members. All fencing and other exterior changes MUST be approved before work is started.

Q. Can I paint my trim, door and shutters a different color?
A. Yes, but the color must be pre-approved, and bold exotic colors are not excepted.

Q Can I add on to my house or deck?
A. Yes, but only after the HOA has approved design plans and all permits are obtained from local governments. No decks are allowed to extend past the width of the house, unless it is a staircase that comes down/off of the deck.

Q. Can I change the color of my roof or siding?
A. Roof NO. Siding samples, along with trim color samples must be approved thru the HOA, unless it is for repair, and all colors must match completely.

Q. Can I make my landscape different?
A. Usually yes, but all plans will need to be reviewed. There will be no tolerance for bold exotic landscape designs. They must blend well with what is normal in the neighborhood.

Q. Can I install a swimming pool? If so what kind?
A. Yes (in-ground only) but all pool and landscape designs must be approved by the HOA, and no work can start, until all local permits are issued.

Q. Can I extend the width of my driveway?
A. Yes, but it must be identical to the construction of your current driveway. All local codes permits must be in order, before work can proceed.
